Throughout August, the themes behind the Lilac August campaign, which aims to combat violence against women, were promoted by Mineração Serra Verde among our employees and partners.
We held the 11th ELAS meeting live at our office in Goiania, in addition to a special session titled: “They talk about Lilac August, with Them”, – They stands for the women in the company and Them for the men in the company. The session fostered an open and constructive dialogue about the importance of standing up against gender-based violence. We also held a Weekly Safety Dialogue on Violence Against Women, in partnership with Instituto Aliança.
We proudly concluded the month by reaffirming our commitment to creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone, both within and outside our company, alongside our employees. These initiatives strengthen our commitment to social responsibility, raising awareness and combating gender-based violence.
