At Serra Verde, we value diversity and we are growing closer to equality within our teams. An example of this is the new milestone we completed this August, the Citizen Company Program, providing an extended maternity or paternity leave for our employees. During this period, 20 fathers and mothers of the company were able to enjoy the arrival of their children with more time.
