This week we celebrated the milestone of 10 million hours without work-related accidents resulting in absence! This is a significant achievement and a source of pride for all of us.
We held a gathering with our employees and leadership on February 28th to commemorate this milestone, a result of everyone’s dedication. Alongside our COO, Ricardo do Grossi, we took the opportunity to renew each individual’s commitment to safety. Safety is one of the core values at Serra Verde Mining, and the pursuit of well-being and fair treatment for our employees must be continuous.
Our Director of Project and Implementation, Júlio Torres, along with all present managers, had the opportunity to reinforce this commitment by signing our Safety Pact.
But the greatest achievement is made daily when we return safely to our families each day. Together, we will continue to surpass goals and build an increasingly secure work environment.
