Mineração Serra Verde began its membership in Women in Mining Brasil, an initiative aimed at expanding and strengthening the participation of women in the Brazilian mineral industry sector. Also known as WIM Brasil, it arose from the need to create an active structure, where the commitment to gender inclusion is a constant agenda within the sector and where the vision for the future is directed in a responsible and inclusive manner.
