With the celebration of Industry Day on the 25th of May, Mineração Serra Verde promoted an inspiring initiative by taking employees from different departments to speak to students from schools in the municipality of Minaçu.
Professionals from Health, Safety, Information Technology, Processes, Mining, Geology, DHO, Communication, Social Responsibility, Facilities and Maintenance shared with the students their professional experiences, discussed their careers and explained the challenges they faced during their training.
This allowed young people to gain more knowledge on the different roles and inspire and motivate them to follow their own dreams. Listening to real stories, the students gained a broader view of the job market and the countless possibilities that lie ahead.
This initiative is another way for us to create and share sustainable values with local communities.
