One of Serra Verde’s main values is safety and to demonstrate our commitment we talked to students from three schools in Minaçu about traffic safety. In these meetings, which were conducted with our transportation partner D’granel, we discussed signage, the application of fines for the lack of use of seat belts, driving without a license and driving while using a phone. We also emphasized the care that must be taken in relation to the blind spot of vehicles, especially trucks.
The visit took place on 24 August at the State College of Education of Campo Santo Antônio de Cana Brava, Joaquim Tomé de Almeida State College and the Jovino Seabra Campos Municipal School, in the city of Minaçu (GO).
D’granel mini trucks were driven by students, on a track set up to teach practical skills in traffic safety.
