Avançar Program – Service 4.0

We carried out another stage of the Avançar Program, an initiative by Mineração Serra Verde focused on the development of local suppliers. This time, the course “Service 4.0: optimization, expectations, challenges, and loyalty” was offered, addressing essential topics for the continuous improvement of customer service. The event was attended by 19 companies, represented by 26 professionals, under the guidance of instructor Graça Freitas, a successful entrepreneur in Minaçu, Goiás.
