Reflecting on the Pink October Campaign, the employees of Mineração Serra Verde and partner companies participated in an informative conversation on breast cancer prevention, that included nurse Vanessa Borges, a municipal health professional from Minaçu and medical consultations. Mineração Serra Verde is also dedicated to sharing valuable health prevention meassures with the community. For this reason, the actions of Pink October extended to Praia do Sol on the 28th October dedicated to breast cancer awareness. The health team of the municipality of Minaçu shared guidance on self-examination and performing blood glucose and hypertension tests with theassistance of mastologist Dr. Osvaldo Braga at the Marajoara Health Center.
