At the last workshop of the Avançar Program (advance program) held on March 25, we explored the theme “Purchasing Processes and Requirements,” facilitated by Mineração Serra Verde’s Procurement Analyst, Morgana Costa. With the active participation of 31 local suppliers, we shared our company’s purchasing flows and processes and learned about the social and environmental best practices adopted by the supplier Cerradão.
This exchange of knowledge is fundamental to strengthening partnerships and boosting Minaçu’s economic development.
Together, we are advancing towards the success of local businesses.
