In partnership with SENAI of Minaçu, Mineração Serra Verde hosted the graduation ceremony for the second cohort of the Young Apprentice Program, which is designed to equip young people with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully enter the job market.
On the day, family members were present and could closely follow the moment and see all the effort and dedication of each graduate. Leaders and representatives from the areas that received these apprentices were also present, reinforcing the company’s commitment to the professional and personal development of all.
