Mineração Serra Verde, through the ELAS Project, brought together nearly 70 women in a special event aimed at the community. The 10th “Elas Falam Sobre Empreendedorismo” (They Talk About Entrepreneurship) Meeting was led by Maria José de Jesus Alves, owner of Mariáh Gastrobar, who shared her inspiring entrepreneurial journey, highlighting the challenges and achievements of starting and managing her own business.
The discussion was supported by SEBRAE’s Entrepreneurial Room and the Cultural Association of Black Pastoral Agents of Brazil (APNs), providing an enriching space for the exchange of experiences and inspirations in the world of female entrepreneurship. This meeting also promoted integration between the community and the company, strengthening ties and collaborating for joint development.
