As part of the 2025 “Janeiro Branco” (White January) campaign themed “What can we do for mental health now and always?”, created by the Instituto Janeiro Branco, Serra Verde organised several initiatives to promote mental health as a collective priority.
Throughout the month, employees in Goiânia shared messages of appreciation by contributing to the “Gratitude Jar”, encouraging a culture of thankfulness. The year’s first Weekly Safety Dialogue, led by DHO coordinator Michaella Guimarães, also focused on the campaign’s theme. Further activities included mental health workshops for all employees and partners, a leadership talk in partnership with OrienteMe on psychological safety, and a special session for our young apprentices.
The campaign also highlighted the Ativamente programme, which provides professional emotional support to our teams—reaffirming SVPM’s commitment to the well-being of its people.
