Mineração Serra Verde, committed to promote necessary discussions through the ELAS Project, brought together 14 women for a discussion about mental health, in the municipality of Minaçu, in Goiás. The meeting inaugurates the opening of the ELAS Project to our community, promoting exchanges and learning between the company, employees and residents of Minaçu. The meeting was aimed at the Group of Women artisans participating in the Advance Economic Diversification programme.
The meeting was led by psychologist Michaella Guimarães, coordinator of Human and Organizational Development at Mineração Serra Verde. The conversation was centred on sharing experiences and discussing effective methods to deal with everyday challenges, especially when it comes to emotional triggers that can affect mental well-being.
It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen ties between the company and the community, reaffirming the commitment of the ELAS Project to contribute to the integral development and well-being of women in our community.
